Sesame Honey Chicken Recipe

Ingredients of Sesame Honey Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon yellow pepper
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 3 green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon red peppers
  • 1 capsicum (green pepper)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

For Marination

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg whites
  • 1 pinch salt

For Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon honey

How to make Sesame Honey Chicken

  1. Step 1 Wash the chicken and marinate the piecesWash and dice the chicken breasts and then in a small bowl, whisk egg white and corn flour together in it. Once frothy, add the diced chicken, salt and black pepper to it and coat the chicken pieces in the marinade. Keep it in refrigerator for about half an hour. Till the chicken is getting marinated, finely chop capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and garlic.
  2. Step 2 Cook the chickenRoast the white sesame seeds and keep aside till required. Put a pan on medium flame and heat some oil in it, then add chopped garlic and green chillies and sauté till the garlic is fragrant but be careful to not burn it.
  3. Step 3 Add rest of the ingredientsNow add bell peppers and capsicum and cook for a few minutes. Make sure, the peppers are cooked till crunchy and not fully cooked. Empty the pan and keep aside. In a bowl, mix together roasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Step 4 Toss and serve hot!Then, put a pan on medium-high flame and add some oil in it and cook the chicken till it is completely done. Now quickly mix in the sesame and soy sauce mix and the sautéed vegetables. Toss quickly and serve hot with the any preferable dip.
